How can I place an order?
You can easily order through our online shop: select the item(s), add them to your shopping cart, and complete the order process. You will then receive an order confirmation via email.
Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?
As long as your order hasn't been shipped, we can make changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@alimhome.de
2. Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Delivery within Germany typically takes 1-4 business days via DHL. International deliveries may take slightly longer, usually 1-7 business days.
The delivery time for our carpet shipments is usually 3-7 business days and is handled either by DPD or GLS. For items shipped via freight carrier, the delivery time is approximately 7-14 business days.
How much are the shipping costs?
Within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 . Shipping is free for orders over €90 .
How can I track my delivery?
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
What should I do if I received a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately. by email to info@alimhome.de
Please send us photos of the damaged product.
We will then take care of a replacement delivery or a suitable solution as quickly as possible .

Can I return items?
Yes, you can return unused and originally packaged items within 14 days of receipt.
How does the return process work?
Our returns process is straightforward and can be completed entirely online:

There you can register your return, download your return label and track the shipping status.
Once your return has been received and checked, you will receive a confirmation by email.
The customer bears the return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
Returns are usually processed within 1-2 working days of receipt at our warehouse.
After successful verification, the refund will be issued to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Depending on the payment provider, it may then take up to 5-7 working days for the amount to be credited to your account.

No, you can also order as a guest. However, with a customer account you can manage your orders more easily and order faster.
